Criminal Courts and the Parole Board

You can instruct Eve to assess someone in relation to their upcoming Court or Parole Board hearings.

You may be concerned that your client has cognitive functioning difficulties, is suggestible, or has a mental health complexity that has not yet been taken into account. You may wish to know whether an intermediary is needed, or what disposal or risk reduction strategies may be appropriate.

You may need to have a review of your client's progress through their detention in prison, to explore how they responded to treatment interventions, formulate ongoing demonstrations of risky behaviour, and establish beneficial risk management plans within custody or the community.

Family Court

You can instruct Eve for Pre proceedings or Care proceedings for the Family Courts.

Eve works with other clinicians to jointly provide global assessments of parents and/or children, to assist Social Workers and the Court to explore issues of parental capability; centred on the best interests of the child involved.

Suicide Investigations

You can commission Eve to assist with Independent Reviews.

Eve has a specialist interest in suicide risk assessment and management. You may require a comprehensive analysis of actions taken, or not taken, by an organisation; and the provision of a supportive critique to identify what potentially caused or contributed to a person's death along with recommendation's for actions to prevent further loss of life.

“You can be independent and evidence based, yet still enable the client's voice to be heard. I always ensure psychological risk assessments are co-produced wherever possible.
